0. Calibrated values from tachometer sensors.
1. User tunable option --driver-poll-interval='msec'.
2. Sensor script name change -> ipmi-sensor.
3. -t in msec.
4. -t independent of -s and-a.
   ex. ipmi-sensor -t 3 7 10
        becomes
       ipmi-sensor -t 3 -s 7 10
5. SDR caching.
6. /etc/ipmi/sensors.scm conf file.
   options:
      SDR cache path.
      Display template.

With Option 1, 5 and 6 (Reduced Display) "ipmi-sensors" should
improve in speed a lot.

Engineering release date - Friday 13th Feb 2004.
Demo on Monday.
