GE Power Systems faced the same problem. I believe it was because of
their switch configuration (related to spanning tree model). I can ask
Anand Manian (GE PS) to help us.
I could not reproduce the problem here. I am not a switch expert.
I will ask Brian Lavender or Rick Moen to try at Synnex.
