[Freehoo-devel] [PATCH: libyahoo2] status callback / file xfer

you might have observed, latest versions of libyahoo2 and freehoo dont
mix well.. file transfer doesn't happen and status messages/idle times
are jumbled up among users! just realised the status bug was in
libyahoo2 and not in freehoo..

here are 2 patches.. 
libyahoo2-status.diff
libyahoo2-filexfer-workaround.diff

the filexfer-wordkaround.diff is incremental over libyahoo2-status.diff
.. so u need to apply the status.diff first, and
filexfer-workadound.diff OVER the patched tree..

the file xfer patch IS INDEED a workaround.. i'm not sure about its side
effects, but i dint find any so far (3-4weeks)..

anand babu: as you mentioned, we should provide our patched libyahoo2 on
the freehoo site and recommend users to use it till these patches are
applied to libyahoo2 as well..
