OK, I will move the kerned digits to U+F639-U+F641 area, as specified by
the <http://partners.adobe.com/asn/developer/type/corporateuse-old.txt>,
and make the ASCII digits (U+0030-U+0039) all the same width.

Now that I gave this issue another thought, I believe that in a well
designed typeface all these glyphs should be of the same width:

Right now, I have to admit that this requirement is not yet fulfilled by
typefaces other than the FreeMono family.
