Hello Brian!
I'm not sure if this is the case. But I had a similar issue.
If I understood correctly, the call destination is my_sip_account@10.75.22.32. Flexisip doesn't add such clients to the registrar, and therefore no push is generated. Use FQDN for domains and check logs for adding clients to the Registrar.
