[Fle3-dev] fle3-task: Announcement emails by request.

Hello, i am a fleadmin and a fle3 user.

i already have develop this task for my fle3 environment, but i found a few 
problems:
        - languaje
        - integration with user interface
        - integration with mailhost product

i need some information to solve this problems.

the email include this phrase 
spanish: "si quiere modificar sus preferencias sobre los informes periodicos 
de Fle3, utilice el formulario de informacion de usuario"
English: "If you want to modify your settings for the reports of things going 
on in your Fle3, use the editing your user information form."
but now its hardcode because there is no translation in vocabularies to this 
phrase 

same problem with mailhost, now its hardcode into source

to integrate Announcement emails by request with user interface i need to 
introduce a new atribute (report) to UserInfo class with set 
(set_report(self, report)) and get methods. this require to change the class 
IUserInfo Interface. for presentation its needed to 
modify /ui/UserInfo/*.dtml
did i forget something?
