[Findutils-patches] release dates in NEWS

[Eric Blake-1]

I find it helpful to know WHEN a release happened. OK to
commit, both branch and head?  This was reverse-engineered
from CVS history and ChangeLog, so some dates may be a
bit off from when an announcement was issued.

And it is interesting to see patterns of rapid releases,
such as in Jan 2005.
