[Fhsst-authors] AGM directions and agenda items

Hi all

I have added a page to the site with directions to the AGM:

There is a link at the top of the home page. I will provide
some snacks seeing as its everyone's dinner time we are interfering
with. I hope that we'll be done by 20:30 at the latest. We are planning
on going to Divas (in Observatory) for pizza afterwards and everyone is 
welcome to join us - just let me know this week because we'll book a table.

One last administrative task - I'll draw up and agenda to be sent our on 
Wednesday but if there is anything you'd like me to include let me know. 
I will be traveling from Thursday through Monday with approx. no 
internet access so please let me know any complaints/requests/problems 
by Wednesday at the latest.
