Hello.

FDM method do not approximate accurately the geometry.
In order to take into account Neumann or Robin conditions, you need to have 
enough vertices that are not degrees of freedom inside the sphere.

Typically look at the output, you should have a line like this:
Using N vertices over M available!

You should have N + L = M (L>0) to approximate the Neumann condition.
Larger is L, better is the approximation...
