Log message:
Test suite update: Following a change in the way the outside
of the computational domain is handled, several tests failed
and had to be modified.
It took quite some time to find out where the problem came
from, so may I take this opportunity to ask for a
documentation including this sort of details?
A small utility to run tests on a parallel machine has been
added (ParallelTests.pl). At the moment, this utility only
runs in a very specific development environment, but it
could be extended if it proves useful.
Currently, the tests "potential-fluid-flow", "mesh" and
"navier-stokes" fail without explanation ("Segmentation
Fault" for some, infinite loop for others). All the tests
have been run with the release version of FF3D. Another
commit will be done shortly if the debug version shows
other problems.
Attention! The numerical results of many tests have changed!
Unfortunately, since we do not have any analytical results
to compare them with, I cannot say whether the new figures
are good or bad. Future work is therefore focused on finding
this out. In the meantime, double check your FF3D results.
