[Fcp-general] Inaugural Message

Hello,

This is the inaugural message of the FCP-General mailing list.

There is a rudimentary website in place, but I can't figure out how to get
Savannah to do any server side includes or server side scripting that
would be necessary to make a decent, maintainable, site.

I will be following the message up with an introduction, and I hope that
it will start a tradition.
