[ESPResSo] feature request: mpirun config flag

Hello,

here in Stuttgart we have several installations of MPI running - mpich, 
lam, mpich2, 64-Bit versions, on some machines still 32 bit.

The configure script chooses the mpi libraries depending on the --with-mpi 
flag, but to run through successfully, it must also take the correct 
mpirun. I didn't manage to adjust this with my $PATH variable, neither by 
manipulating the locate database...

therefore it would be desirable to have a flag like 
--mpirun=/path/to/correct/mpirun
