##jitter and ##epsilon are now on libera.chat

The IRC channels for discussing epsilon and Jitter have been moved from
the freenode network to libera.chat .  In order to ease the transition I
will remain logged to the old network as well for some time.

My IRC username on libera is still lucasaiu, registered.
