There should be no user-visible changes for native configurations.
I am not cherry-picking the fix I prepared for Romain to the
jitter-for-poke-1.x branch; the idea is not adding
-I /usr/include
or similar as part of JITTER_CPPFLAGS, when cross-compiling. This may
or may not be exactly what Romain needs, but appears to be the right
thing and, importantly, makes jitter-for-poke-1.x compatible with master
in this respect.
Updated jitter submodule in poke maint/poke-1. New jitter tag
v0.9.263.2.
