Hi Gunnar,

There's a bug in the way the files arrow25.eepic and arrow50.eepic are
getting generated.

A new package (Version 1.2.9) is posted, but you can also do the
following with your partially-built 1.2.8:

Manually remove the line "tikz_format();" from the files

  doc/arrow25.xp
  doc/arrow50.xp

The top-level "make" and "make install" commands should then work. Sorry
for the trouble!
