[ePiX-users] New miscellaneous code page

The page

  http://mathcs.holycross.edu/~ahwang/epix/misc/index.html

will henceforth contain links to code snippets and small packages in a 
usable but possibly incomplete/testing/unstable state. If you've got 
special-purpose code and are willing to release it under the GNU GPL, 
please consider sending me a copy for inclusion, along with a short 
description of what the code does.

The code for drawing vessels partially filled with fluid has moved there, 
and a small package for drawing planar (mathematical) braid diagrams has 
joined it.

When packages become complete and robust enough for general use, they'll 
move to the as-yet non-existent page

Eventually, both pages will be linked from the project page.
