[Enigma-devel] Enigma mouse stutter problem

Recently on Windows 10, Enigma is unplayable as the mouse jumps every few 
seconds. The marble just flies ahead unexpectedly. Luckily, another game had 
and fixed this recent problem - FTL. Apparently the Windows Creator Update from 
two months ago has caused these mouse issues in some games. Hopefully this tip 
can lead to a fix for Enigma - or a workaround.
