The reason for the incompatibility was, that I use for my screen a dpi
percentage of 125% (120 dpi). Enigma is not compatible to high dpi. The
solution is the compatibility option "Disable display scaling on high dpi
settings" in the Windows 10 Enigma desktop shortcut context menu. Hope
