[English version]

Dear developers, contributors, and friends of Enigma,

we are back. I'm happy to announce the announcement for Enigma 1.20! Tomorrow (April 2nd), we release it for Windows and Linux. Well, and that is the bad news: Unfortunately not yet for Mac. There are deep problems with some libraries we are using (they don't compile for Mac anymore) and updating them destabilizes the whole of Enigma. So we decided to release the working versions for Lin and Win first, and then try to update the libraries and compile Enigma for Mac. So, sorry, Mac needs more time. Also, there will only be a Windows version for 32 bit for the time being.

I would like to ask everyone who wants to help in translating the new texts in Enigma to answer us here on the enigma-devel mailing list, maybe under the topic "Translating Enigma 1.20". The translations will then enter the 1.21-release together with the new libraries, the Mac-compilation and probably some bug-fixes.

I wish you all a happy Easter *and* April Fools' Day,
Andreas

[Deutsche Version]

Also, sorry, Mac braucht etwas mehr Zeit.

April,
Andreas
