It seems the GNU project's mail server is currently in the process of
being replaced with a faster machine, so there's hope that things will
improve in the near future.  This was reported on www.nongnu.org already
a few weeks ago.

Another reason why emails from unsubscribed senders may be delayed is
that enigma-devel has been a moderated mailing list for quite a long
while now, so these emails take the 4 days Ronald reported plus the time
that passes until I find the time to tend to moderation tasks... :-(
