Hi, I apologise for a confusion. I was working on building/porting more than 200 open-source packages on Solaris and messed up with the bug reporting!
Not a problem. However it is helpful to point that out. As far as open source projects are concerned gcc is a 'pure' compiler. So that indicates GS is a Majhor problem, and any fix needs to be provided for Solaris AMD64 compiles, whereas Fixs for Studio 10 are a lesser priority, but if we know of them, there is little reason not to implement them, especially when configure indicates use of that compiler.
"#define GS 0" along with other register names.
video.hh:76: error: expected unqualified-id before numeric constant video.hh:76: error: expected `,' or `;' before numeric constant video.hh:90: error: expected `,' or `...' before numeric constant "GS" is being treated as a numeric constant ?
Well if it is that define, i would assume that 0 qualifies as a numeric constant.
