[Enigma-devel] Two meditation levels

With all the discussion of organising the level packs, I thought we'd
need some more meditation levels.  So here are two I wrote last night.

The level nat30 relies on an unexpected interaction between top actors
and rubber bands.  The behaviour might be an artifact of the Enigma
version and machine I wrote it on.  If it doesn't work on your
machine, please let me know.
