At the moment the mailing list is receiving nothing but queries about
Savannah's download servers being off line.  Is there any way to change the
website to say that the downloads are not available at the moment?  Or could
Savannah's admins replace the download page with a static HTML error message
instead of just yanking the entire page and causing confusing errors?
