[Enigma-devel] 0.70-beta out

As far as I'm concerned, Enigma 0.70 is almost ready for release.  I've
made a tarball available at

        http://savannah.nongnu.org/download/enigma/enigma-0.70-beta.tar.gz

Please tell me about all the rough edges you find.  The 0.70 release
will have to last for a while: I cannot promise I will be able to do
another release before May, that's why  I want to make this one as good
as possible.

I will release the "real thing" next Sunday, so we still have some time
left to finish things up.
