Hi all,

After a great EmacsConf 2021 (thanks to all who helped make it so!),
there has been great interest and discussion in the #emacsconf-org
IRC channel on the Libera.Chat network about the various pieces of
infrastructure in use for EmacsConf -- e.g. the EmacsConf wiki, which
runs Ikiwiki, the stream server(s) running Icecast, etc. -- and how
they are deployed, set up, configured, and managed.

To help facilitate discussion around this, we're planning on holding
a video call meeting to discuss the various pieces of EmacsConf's
infrastructure and plan improvements to them, such as using
infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible to set up and configure the
servers and the programs running on each, as well as documenting these
pieces of infra.

Based on initial discussions in #emacsconf-org, it seems that the best
time for such a meeting would be an afternoon or evening in US Eastern
time on a weekend. Example: Sunday, December 5, 7pm US Eastern time.

Folks interested in participating in this meeting please reply and
indicate if something like the above proposed day/time would work for
you; and if not, what day/time would.
