planner-create-note-from-task and planner-deadline both use
planner-edit-task-description, so when I merge the change into main,
the timelog should be updated automatically. I suspect it might be a
okay to add that text to the task description in timelog.
create-note-from-task and -deadline shouldn't have to care about
whether something is timelogged or not, and sometimes you'll add a
note after clocking in. =)
