Hi. Not sure if this is related, but i've got similar behaviour now
and then. That is, sometimes i've got your same msg when trying to
(re)publish one of my wikis (not the plans one). My trick in those
cases is open another page of the same wiki and hit there C-cC-p: it
works then... looks like a bug, but i'm i afraid i haven't had the
time to hunt it down.
