This would be nice! An easy/ugly aproach could be to explicitly tell
emacs-wiki which level an item belongs to, something like:
-1- level 1
-2- level 2
-1- level 1
-2- level 2
-3- level 3
but I guess it is not very friendly :p

This was my first approach. However, I could not spent too much time
looking at the code and my elisp hacking skills are very low. I guess it
should be easy to change emacs-wiki to do this. Maybe next weekend I can
spend some time trying to do this...
