Hmmm. That's _not_ supposed to be rendering inside <example>. I'm
going to have a long talk with <example> now...

doesn't render as that. Actually, I meant
* fatness
<example>
....
</example>
which marks "fatness" as a heading that you can jump to if you have <contents>.
