I suggest having a new https://orgmode.org/manuals.html page for
listing the various ressources:

- The HTML single-page manual
- The PDF manual
- The HTML multiple-pages manual
- The Org guide (HTML and PDF)
- The Worg documentation

And translations:

- The spanish translation mentioned by David
- The french translation of the Org Guide :
  https://code.orgmode.org/bzg/orgguide_fr/
