org file loading speed possibly improved in maint

my .emacs loads org files.  went from maybe 7s to 3-4s.  this might be
due to the new maint version.  if this is so, thank you all!  my
longstanding 2-day agenda speed by the benchmark function is the same,
so i think it is loading speed.
