[O] Bug: Export (to latex) ignores :exports keyword in Org 9.0 [9.0 (9.0-elpa @ /Users/rodrigobelo/.emacs.d/elpa/org-20161102/)]

Hi, I believe the export function in  Org mode 9.0 is ignoring the
:exports variable.

Here's an example org-file:

How much is 3 + 4? 

#+BEGIN_SRC R :exports results
3 + 4
#+END_SRC

#+RESULTS:
: 7

-----------

This produces a pdf (or html) with the 3+4 snippet, which I believe is
not the intended output

Am I missing anything?
