Maybe you can try  C-c }  org-table-toggle-coordinate-overlays

First outline the header (C-c -):

|-----+-----+----+-----|
|   2 | 200 | 10 | 190 |
|   3 |     |    |     |

After C-c } rows and columns coordinates are shown:
