[O] word-spaces in header of a captured item, but how?

I have this as part of my capture templates -

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
              ("c" "Clipboard" entry (file+headline
"/home/boudiccas/.emacs.d/org/scratch.org" "")
                   "** %U %^{Head Line} %^g
                    %c
                     %?")
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---

Which works, except I can't have spaces between the words in the header
of the item. [Here I'm referring to the 'header' as the sentence before
the tag is inserted, and which you 'C-c C-c' to accept it.] I've googled
for it but I haven't found any solutions.

So how can I have word-spaces please?

Thanks
Sharon.
