I cannot reproduce it. With -Q, I get

  * TODO Something
  SCHEDULED: <2016-02-04 jeu. .+1w/2w>
  :PROPERTIES:
  :STYLE: habit
  :LAST_REPEAT: [2016-01-28 jeu. 09:03]
  :END:
  - State "DONE"       from "TODO"       [2016-01-28 jeu. 09:03]
