If inline use:

   ~sinfo -elo "%30N %.5D %9P %11T %.6m %20E"​~

Note the zero width space.  It should work with xelatex.  Otherwise remove
it with a filter.

If it's in its own line you could use

#+BEGIN_EXAMPLE
sinfo -elo "%30N %.5D %9P %11T %.6m %20E"
#+END_EXAMPLE
