Hi Petr,

these defaults come from

`org-file-apps-defaults-macosx'
`org-file-apps-defaults-windowsnt'
`org-file-apps-defaults-gnu'

They are basically the "open" commands for MacOS X and Windows, and mailcap for 
Unix/Linux.
