[O] FR: face for inactive timestamp entries in agenda

Inactive timestamp entries in the agenda are currently rendered with
the same face that is used for events.

Showing them is superb for telling me what I have done so far.
Therefore, I want to color them a little similarly to done face, if
possible.

But events, to me, are things that need to be done.  These should not
be colored similar to done face.

Therefore, a new face would be wonderful.  Possible?
