[O] Let's use labels for the exporters on this list

Hi all,

we already try to use [FR], [BUG] and [PATCH] for feature
requests, bugs and patches, and [BABEL] for Babel related
questions.

I suggest to use [HTML], [LaTeX], [TEXI]... when the email
is about one of the exporters.

I'm fine with either [FR,HTML] or [FR] [HTML] -- the whole
point is to let the maintainers of the exporters catch the
emails soon enough.
