I must some options badly configured
This is what I get with headlines, it can indeed be folded
--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
* boxquoted
,----
| test
`----
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---
--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
- boxquoted
,----
| test
`----
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---
with no indentation, can't be folded.
