Correction: that's "descendants" of a link anchor, not just "children". If you need to limit this to images that are direct children of link anchors, use the selector
a > img {...}(Don't think that comes up much in practice, but if you have text links with inline images, e.g. fancy bullets or dvipng'd latex formulas, the code I posted first would not be what you wanted.)
