[O] HTML publishing broken?

User-agent: Gnus/5.13 (Gnus v5.13) Emacs/23.3 (gnu/linux) 
All of a sudden I’m finding that my website won’t publish.  The only
change I’ve made has been setting (setq org-export-html-divs '())
because this new variable breaks my CSS otherwise.

Backtrace and page in question attached; any advice appreciated.
