[O] Editing source code function name?

Hello fellow org-moders,

We use C-c ' to edit the current code block. I would like to use a
different key combination, but I cannot figure out the name of
function that is called when pressing C-c'.  I (think) I need it to
map the new key combination in my .emacs file.
