[Orgmode] Pass ahref in ATTR_HTML?

Hello,

One more question, the following did work in 6.33, I upgraded to 7.3
and now the a href is not parsed and
the entire text appears

#+CAPTION: Image obtained via FFound and Tumblr. Access it
#+CAPTION: <a

#+ATTR_HTML: alt="windmill sans haircut" title="From tumblr" class="bordered"

Something I've missed here?
