The format is described in the cadaver manual page - the relevant line
looks like this

| machine host.domain.com login luser passwd foobar

Most programs will refuse to use it however if the permissions are too
loose: mine are set to rw------- and the file is owned by me. Insert
standard caveat about cygwin here.
