this is body text.  i put point on the headline at bol, then
do c-spc c-spc down down down down c-c c-e A and it fails by
not including notes.

transient-mark-mode is nil

That is the exact buffer.  The exact range is as described with the
keystrokes.  The exact command is c-c c-e A.
