Shoosh byte-compilation warnings about line numbering functions
Also add warning at the top of file about not using functionality
incompatible with 26.3

(eglot-current-column, eglot-current-column): Use line-beginning-position
(eglot--xref-make-match): Use line-beginning-position,
line-end-position, line-number-at-pos
