branch: elpa/pdf-tools
commit ab61b0472980200f52e2e23782bc07255baebe72
Author: Vedang Manerikar <ved.manerikar@gmail.com>
Commit: Vedang Manerikar <ved.manerikar@gmail.com>

Add an FAQ on running tests locally

This addresses the question of getting immediate feedback on the
changes that a developer is making.

Of course, the test-suite itself is not extensive and needs to be
added to. We will get to it, slow and steady.
