Fix regexp bug and remove useless backslashes
Found by relint.
* csv-mode.el (csv-set-comment-start):
Fix bug in `paragraph-separate` regexp.
(csv-comment-start, csv-toggle-invisibility)
(csv-interactive-args, csv-sort-fields, csv-sort-numeric-fields)
(csv-yank-fields, csv-align-fields, csv-unalign-fields):
Remove ineffective backslashes in string literals.
