branch: elpa/buttercup
commit 843fa6f58a67c9684ed43bb6f0deaccd482ec80c
Author: Ola Nilsson <ola.nilsson@gmail.com>

Keep the actual variable definition with the reporter

The buttercup-reporter-batch-quiet-statuses is a part of the
buttercup-batch-reporter, so it should be defined close to that code.
A pre-declaration works just as well.
